MRI of my entire spine showed: 0 issues with my back. Minimumal degenerative changes. 0 bulge. 0 herniation. 0 spinal stenosis. 0 arthritis. Just a little normal wear and tear for my age. My mouth dropped.
Last MRI in January 22 showed I had all the above in 75% of my discs & needed steroid injections and then potential surgery on my lower back. Only thing I've done different is PEMF my spine 2x a week not even daily and sometimes I do it once a week.
